A precise account statement, with all income and expenses for up to the last 3 months, available in the "My account" section of the player's personal area;
Self-imposed activity limits and temporary or permanent account suspension for each user
The Sisal online gaming account management system has been certified in accordance with the "Certification Guidelines" (version 1.1 of 7 June 2012), published by the Customs and Monopolies Agency and by TST-GLI (Technical Systems Testing - Gaming Laboratories International). The TST-GLI test procedures ensure that the games comply with the principles of transparency and fairness in executing the operations required by law. TST-GLI is one of the organisations affiliated with the Customs and Monopolies Agency tasked with verifying the compliance of gaming platforms and remote games. As laid out by Law Decree n. 158 of 13 September 2012, the dedicated sites state the odds of winning assigned to players for each type of game.
All gaming platforms and RNGs (Random Number Generators) must be certified to receive approval by AAMS. The certification comprises the external gaming platform, the integration between the external platform and Sisal, and any changes conducted after its launch.
