ESG Ratings and Recognitions

Legal Rating by AGCM
At the beginning of 2025, Sisal achieved the highest score of 3 stars in the legal rating assessment issued by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM), placing it within the top 8.6% of companies that have obtained this result, out of over 14,000 evaluated.
The assessment examines numerous parameters that the company voluntarily submits to, aiming to certify the company’s legal reliability, compliance with requirements designed to limit and combat the risk of infiltration and corruption, as well as the definition and adoption of corporate ethical values.

Social Sustainability according to the ReWorld Assessment

The S-Assessment is a scientific tool for measuring the social sustainability of companies. It was developed from a study commissioned by ReWorld, an innovative female-led social startup, to the Department of Computer, Automation, and Management Engineering A. Ruberti at Sapienza University of Rome, with the subsequent contribution of Eikon Strategic Consulting Italia Società Benefit for the design of the final measurement tool. It integrates a mix of dimensions derived from international best practices, the 2030 Agenda, and European ESRS-S indicators. The qualitative-quantitative approach allows generating a final profile of the company’s social impact.
Based on the overall result, the S-Assessment classifies companies as Pioneer, Builder, Transformer, or Leader in Social Sustainability. In 2025, Sisal achieved the Leader level in Social Sustainability, the highest result in the company’s social sustainability development path.

Italy’s Best Employers 2025 - Statista e Corriere della Sera

Sisal was included among “Italy’s Best Employers,” the ranking of the best companies to work for in Italy, compiled by Statista in collaboration with Corriere della Sera.
The survey, conducted on a large sample of over 20,000 workers from companies with at least 250 employees, evaluated various parameters related to the quality of professional life. Participants expressed their opinions by answering 35 questions on key factors such as corporate culture, work-life balance, growth and development opportunities, as well as the quality of management and professional relationships.
This recognition attests to Sisal’s ongoing commitment to promoting a quality work environment attentive to the well-being and satisfaction of its employees.

Diversity and Inclusion 2025 – Statista and Il Sole 24 Ore

Sisal was recognized among the companies “Leaders in Diversity and Inclusion 2025” in the first edition of the survey born from the collaboration between Statista and Il Sole 24 Ore to identify companies most committed to making their work environment increasingly inclusive.
The research involved full-time and part-time workers, who were asked to evaluate how much their employer promoted diversity and inclusion policies and to express their opinion on a series of statements related to age, gender, equity, ethnic-cultural diversity, disability, and sexual orientation (LGBTQIA+).
This recognition, together with the renewal of the Uni/PdR125:2022 certification on Gender Equality and the achievement of UNI/PdR 159:2024 on inclusive work for people with disabilities, testifies to our concrete commitment to an increasingly fair and accessible work environment where people can grow and give their best.
