The selection process in Sisal involves a series of structured steps that are essential to recruit qualified, competent and motivated human resources to work in a modern and constantly evolving setting.

Sisal's recruiting takes place through different channels in relation to the type of profile sought, but always through innovative tools in line with market trends to ensure the best  candidate experience.

One of those tools is a digital recruiting platform that allows a virtual and fluid interview. Once you have chosen a position, just follow a few simple steps to submit your application. If you match the profile, you will have the opportunity to access a virtual interview and, for some positions, to fill out technical questionnaires or the PDA questionnaire, a behavioral assessment that identifies the candidates' skills and potential.
