FLUTTER SOUTHERN EUROPE & AFRICA (SEA)

Born in 1971, Francesco Durante holds a degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome. He joined the Sisal Group in 2009, leading the Retail Gaming Business Unit. Previously, he held managerial roles in multinational companies such as Lucent Technologies and Sara Lee, first in finance and then in commercial roles, eventually becoming International Director. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Sisal since December 2019 and, as of January 1, 2025, he has expanded his role as Chief Executive Officer of Flutter SEA.

Born in 1982, Manuela Belmonte graduated in Economics and General Management from Bocconi University in Milan. She developed her career in Risk Management & Compliance at Accenture, where she served as Risk & Compliance Senior Manager from February 2007 to December 2020, leading numerous projects for major Italian banking groups. In January 2021, she joined Sisal as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. As of January 1, 2025, she serves as Chief Legal & Risk Officer of Flutter SEA.

Francesco Borsetti is a manager with solid international experience in the betting and iGaming industry, gained across various brands and markets within the Flutter Group. He has played a leading role in the growth and transformation of key brands in the UK, such as Paddy Power and Betfair, as well as in the United States with TVG, a major network for horse racing broadcasting and pari-mutuel betting. Throughout his career, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming Managing Director of Paddy Power Online, where he led brand growth and positioning strategies with a strong focus on commercial, marketing, and product levers. He holds a degree with honors in Political Science and earned an MBA from Luiss Business School and Nagoya University of Commerce & Business in Japan.

Born in 1972, Marco Caccavale holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Naples Federico II. He furthered his education with over two years of study in Paris at the “Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers” and later at the “Institut de Formation aux Affaires et à la Gestion.” From 2004 to 2008, he worked at Mattel as Sales & Trade Marketing Director and previously at Exportex in a commercial role. He joined Sisal in August 2008 as Trade Marketing Director, later becoming Commercial Director in April 2009 and then Managing Director Lottery. In December 2019, he took on responsibility for Sisal’s international market. Since February 2021, he has served as International Managing Director and, as of January 1, 2025, as Managing Director of Flutter SEA.

Sian Carson holds degrees in Arts and in Economics and Business from the University of Melbourne. She began her career in Italy in the financial sector, holding various HR roles at UniCredit Group. In 2013, she joined the Flutter Group, following an international path—first in Australia with Sportsbet, and then in London, taking on increasing responsibilities across the divisions of Paddy Power, Betfair, Flutter International, and most recently as Chief People Officer Group Functions. In this role, she focused on talent development strategies and fostering an inclusive culture aligned with business goals. Since September 2023, she has led Human Resources & Organizational Design as Chief People Officer, and as of January 1, 2025, has expanded her role as Chief People Officer Flutter SEA.

Roberto Di Fonzo was appointed Chief Financial & Legal Officer and Top Executive Member of Sisal in December 2020. Previously, since 2011, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at Sisal. He has led complex projects such as the IPO process, corporate governance reorganization, international expansion, and financial transformation initiatives. Roberto has a strong background in business and financial management with extensive international experience in Europe, the Far East, and Africa as CFO. Before joining Sisal, he was CFO Europe for Sara Lee Corporation’s Apparel division. From 2003 to 2010, he was Managing Director Italy for the Apparel division, and earlier CFO for Sara Lee’s European division, overseeing Europe, the Far East, and Africa. As of January 1, 2025, he is Chief Finance Officer of Flutter SEA.

Camilla Folladori, nata nel 1976, è laureata in Economia Politica alla Bocconi di Milano e ha conseguito un MBA presso l’INSEAD di Fontainebleau/Singapore. Ha iniziato lya sua carriera nelle telecomunicazioni, lavorando al Parlamento Europeo, Telecom Italia e Vodafone. Successivamente, ha lavorato in consulenza strategica presso BCG e Roland Berger. Dal 2012 è entrata in Sisal come Responsabile Innovazione per poi assumere il ruolo di Responsabile Payments&Services, mentre dal 2016 si è dedicata alla strategia di rinnovo della concessione SuperEnalotto e successivamente allo sviluppo del Business Internazionale. Dal marzo 2023 ricopre la carica di Chief Strategy Officer di Sisal e dal primo gennaio 2025 ha ampliato il suo ruolo a Chief Strategy Officer Flutter SEA.

Born in 1971, Massimo Ingrassia holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Palermo and an MBA. He joined the Sisal Group in 2012, overseeing the Sisal Wincity and Sisal Matchpoint retail channels. Previously, he held key roles in Marketing and Sales in multinational FMCG companies such as Sara Lee, Branded Apparel, and Adidas. Since December 2019, he has served as Retail Managing Director of Sisal for the Italian market. As of January 1, 2025, he is Managing Director Lottery & Gaming Italy and interim Chief Operating Officer Flutter SEA.

Mario Martinelli , nato nel 1971, è laureato in Ingegneria al Politecnico di Torino e ha iniziato la sua carriera professionale in Andersen Consulting, oggi Accenture, fino al ruolo di Senior Manager. Nel 2007 inizia l’esperienza nei settori del Gaming e dei Servizi di Pagamento in Lottomatica (IGT) come Responsabile Demand Management e Sistemi Gestionali. Nel 2011 passa al Gruppo Sisal con la responsabilità dei Sistemi Gestionali e IT Governance. Dal 2015 assume la responsabilità di tutte le tecnologie di Sisal. Da dicembre 2019 è Chief Technology Officer di Sisal e dal primo gennaio 2025 ha ampliato il suo ruolo a Chief Technology Officer Flutter SEA. Born in 1976, Rosangela Robbiani graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Milan, with a thesis in Marketing completed at the University of Cambridge. After an international career at Accenture, she joined the Sisal Group in 2004, where she worked in strategy, marketing, and the development of the Lottery Business, taking on roles of increasing complexity and responsibility. In February 2021, she was appointed Lottery Managing Director and, since March 2023, she has served as Product Managing Director of Sisal, responsible for the entire gaming offer (lottery, betting, and gaming). As of January 1, 2025, she is Chief Product Officer of Flutter SEA.

Born in 1979, Enrico Rusi holds a degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome. He joined the Flutter Group in 2012 as Marketing Manager for Paddy Power Italy. In 2016, he moved to the United States, working with brands such as TVG, FanDuel, PokerStars, and FoxBet. He returned to Italy in 2022 as Strategic Advisor for Flutter International. As of January 1, 2025, he serves as Managing Director of PokerStars Italy.

Marco Tiso è nato nel 1967, è laureato in Ingegneria Gestionale al Politecnico di Milano. È entrato nel 2005 a far parte del Gruppo Sisal, occupandosi di organizzazione, strategia e, dal 2010, dello sviluppo del Business Online Gaming, di cui è diventato Responsabile da marzo 2017. In precedenza, ha sviluppato il suo percorso di carriera in Accenture, avendo responsabilità, come Manager di progetti per le Industry Communication, Media ed Entertainment. Da dicembre 2019 è Online Managing Director di Sisal e dal primo gennaio 2025 ricopre il ruolo di Managing Director Sisal Italia.
