FLUTTER SOUTHERN EUROPE & AFRICA (SEA)

Roberto Di Fonzo joined Sisal in 2011, initially serving as Chief Strategy Officer and later, from January 2020, as Chief Financial Officer. In these roles, he contributed to the delivery of major transformative initiatives of high strategic relevance, including the development of the Payment Services business, the acceleration of Sisal’s Online business growth in Italy, and the company’s international expansion. His journey culminated in Sisal’s entry into the Flutter Group and the establishment of the Southern Europe & Africa region in January 2025, when he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer of Flutter SEA. He brings a strong background in corporate and financial management, with many years of professional experience gained in international contexts across Europe, the Far East, and Africa, primarily in Chief Financial Officer roles. Prior to joining Sisal, Roberto Di Fonzo worked at Sara Lee Corporation, where he served as CFO Europe for the Apparel division and as Managing Director of the Italian division. As of February 1, 2025, he serves as Chief Executive Officer of Flutter SEA.

Born in 1982, Manuela Belmonte graduated in Economics and General Management from Bocconi University in Milan. She developed her career in Risk Management & Compliance at Accenture, where she served as Risk & Compliance Senior Manager from February 2007 to December 2020, leading numerous projects for major Italian banking groups. In January 2021, she joined Sisal as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer. As of January 1, 2025, she serves as Chief Legal & Risk Officer of Flutter SEA.

Francesco Borsetti is a manager with solid international experience in the betting and iGaming industry, gained across various brands and markets within the Flutter Group. He has played a leading role in the growth and transformation of key brands in the UK, such as Paddy Power and Betfair, as well as in the United States with TVG, a major network for horse racing broadcasting and pari-mutuel betting. Throughout his career, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming Managing Director of Paddy Power Online, where he led brand growth and positioning strategies with a strong focus on commercial, marketing, and product levers. He holds a degree with honors in Political Science and earned an MBA from Luiss Business School and Nagoya University of Commerce & Business in Japan.

Born in 1972, Marco Caccavale holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Naples Federico II. He furthered his education with over two years of study in Paris at the “Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers” and later at the “Institut de Formation aux Affaires et à la Gestion.” From 2004 to 2008, he worked at Mattel as Sales & Trade Marketing Director and previously at Exportex in a commercial role. He joined Sisal in August 2008 as Trade Marketing Director, later becoming Commercial Director in April 2009 and then Managing Director Lottery. In December 2019, he took on responsibility for Sisal’s international market. Since February 2021, he has served as International Managing Director and, as of January 1, 2025, as Managing Director of Flutter SEA.

Sian Carson holds degrees in Arts and in Economics and Business from the University of Melbourne. She began her career in Italy in the financial sector, holding various HR roles at UniCredit Group. In 2013, she joined the Flutter Group, following an international path—first in Australia with Sportsbet, and then in London, taking on increasing responsibilities across the divisions of Paddy Power, Betfair, Flutter International, and most recently as Chief People Officer Group Functions. In this role, she focused on talent development strategies and fostering an inclusive culture aligned with business goals. Since September 2023, she has led Human Resources & Organizational Design as Chief People Officer, and as of January 1, 2025, has expanded her role as Chief People Officer Flutter SEA.

Camilla Folladori, nata nel 1976, è laureata in Economia Politica alla Bocconi di Milano e ha conseguito un MBA presso l’INSEAD di Fontainebleau/Singapore. Ha iniziato lya sua carriera nelle telecomunicazioni, lavorando al Parlamento Europeo, Telecom Italia e Vodafone. Successivamente, ha lavorato in consulenza strategica presso BCG e Roland Berger. Dal 2012 è entrata in Sisal come Responsabile Innovazione per poi assumere il ruolo di Responsabile Payments&Services, mentre dal 2016 si è dedicata alla strategia di rinnovo della concessione SuperEnalotto e successivamente allo sviluppo del Business Internazionale. Dal marzo 2023 ricopre la carica di Chief Strategy Officer di Sisal e dal primo gennaio 2025 ha ampliato il suo ruolo a Chief Strategy Officer Flutter SEA.

Born in 1971, Massimo Ingrassia holds a degree in Management Engineering from the University of Palermo and an MBA. He joined the Sisal Group in 2012, overseeing the Sisal Wincity and Sisal Matchpoint retail channels. Previously, he held key roles in Marketing and Sales in multinational FMCG companies such as Sara Lee, Branded Apparel, and Adidas. Since December 2019, he has served as Retail Managing Director of Sisal for the Italian market. As of January 1, 2025, he is Managing Director Lottery & Gaming Italy and interim Chief Operating Officer Flutter SEA.

Born in 1971, Mario Martinelli holds an Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Turin. He began his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), reaching the role of Senior Manager. In 2007, he entered the gaming and payment services sector at Lottomatica (IGT), overseeing Demand Management and Enterprise Systems. In 2011, he joined Sisal as Head of Enterprise Systems and IT Governance. Since 2015, he has been responsible for all of Sisal’s technology operations. He became Chief Technology Officer of Sisal in December 2019 and, as of January 1, 2025, also serves as Chief Technology Officer of Flutter SEA.

Laura Orsini, born in 1979, graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. She has built solid experience in the administrative and financial functions within multinational and highly complex environments such as EY S.p.A., Mellin S.p.A., and Moleskine, developing expertise in financial reporting, extraordinary transactions, and economic-financial planning and monitoring processes. She joined Sisal Group in 2020 as Group Administration Director, assuming responsibility for the Group’s statutory and consolidated financial statements as well as financial reporting. She later served as Regional Senior Finance Director for the SEA region, coordinating the Finance function at regional level and supporting business integration and growth processes. As of February 2026, she has held the position of Chief Finance Officer of Sisal.

Born in 1976, Rosangela Robbiani graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Milan, with a thesis in Marketing completed at the University of Cambridge. After an international career at Accenture, she joined the Sisal Group in 2004, where she worked in strategy, marketing, and the development of the Lottery Business, taking on roles of increasing complexity and responsibility. In February 2021, she was appointed Lottery Managing Director and, since March 2023, she has served as Product Managing Director of Sisal, responsible for the entire gaming offer (lottery, betting, and gaming). As of January 1, 2025, she is Chief Product Officer of Flutter SEA.

Born in 1979, Enrico Rusi holds a degree in Economics and Business from LUISS University in Rome. He joined the Flutter Group in 2012 as Marketing Manager for Paddy Power Italy. In 2016, he moved to the United States, working with brands such as TVG, FanDuel, PokerStars, and FoxBet. He returned to Italy in 2022 as Strategic Advisor for Flutter International. As of January 1, 2025, he serves as Managing Director of PokerStars Italy.

Born in 1967, Marco Tiso holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan. He joined the Sisal Group in 2005, working in organization and strategy, and since 2010, on the development of the Online Gaming Business, which he has led since March 2017. Previously, he worked at Accenture, managing projects in the Communication, Media, and Entertainment sectors. Since December 2019, he has served as Online Managing Director of Sisal and, as of January 1, 2025, he is Managing Director of Sisal Italy.
