Sisal announces the simplification of the Group, aimed at streamlining its corporate structure and defining a legal entity for each country in which the company operates. 
Sisal Italia S.p.A., born from the merger by incorporation of Sisal Lottery Italia into Sisal Entertainment, became operative as of today, 1 April 2023. 
Following this reorganisation, the parent company Sisal S.p.A. owns 100% of the share capital of Sisal Italia S.p.A., which in turn holds 100% of the share capital of Sisal Gaming S.r.l., the Group company operating in the direct management of Sisal retail points, the rental and management of amusement machines and the development, production and assembly of amusement machines and gaming software.
