Sisal has been confirmed the leading technological and digital operator in the Italian market, winning a record number of prizes in one edition of the EGR Awards, receiving five awards. In particular, the online gaming service of Sisal won prizes as operator of the year, domestic product innovation, socially responsible operator, best lottery operator and best customer service operator.
During the competition, which witnessed the participation of top quality business operators at the national level, Sisal stood out for its strong attention to responsibility, constant investments in innovation and continued attention to customer care; all these features underpin the successful model that has led Sisal to being the largest operator in the online gaming sector.
Five prizes have been obtained this year: confirmation of the prize as best operator of the year, already awarded in 2020, as an operator that has defined the standards to be followed in the market, integrating elements of digital innovation in all company areas; best domestic product innovation thanks to Tipster, the first social platform in the betting world in Italy; best socially responsible operator, thanks to the company’s attention to consumer protection issues, in particular with reference to the artificial intelligence algorithms used for risk prevention and player support activities; best lottery operator, being the top-performing online lottery retailer in terms of growth and innovation; best customer service operator, showing that customers were at the centre of business and attention.
