What are they

AWPs  (also called New Slot machines or Subsection 6a Machines) are electronic gaming machines that pay out winnings in cash. 
hey are made up of a cabinet and a gaming card, which are approved as a single item by the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency through Certification Entities and entered in the list of certified models.
Minors under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from playing.


How to play

The maximum cost of a game is €1.

Games are characterized not only by unpredictability, but also by elements of skill, which require players to make a choice at the start of or during a game and so influence the final outcome by applying their own personal strategy. The gaming machines must always be connected to the access point so that they can communicate with the licensee’s IT network, which is in turn controlled by the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency.
All winnings, up to a maximum of €100, must be paid out immediately after the end of each game and exclusively in coins.
The winnings, calculated by the machine in such a way that they cannot be predicted, must not be less than 74% of the amounts playedin a cycle that varies from 14,000 to 140,000 games. Gaming machines may not reproduce the game of poker or its basic rules, even in part.
