Sisal Group S.p.A. (formerly Sisal Holding Istituto di Pagamento S.p.A.) as issuer of the €275,000,000 7.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2017 (the “Issuer”) hereby informs that: (i) the Shareholders’ meeting of the Issuer held on 17 December 2013 approved the change of the company name to “Sisal Group S.p.A.”, such amendment became effective on 19 December 2013; and (ii) Mrs. Mia Rinetti and Mr. Stefano Giamelli were appointed by the Board of Directors as new directors of the Issuer respectively on 17 December 2013 and 30 January 2014 to substitute respectively Mr. Alessandro Grimaldi and Mr. Amedeo Carassai after the resignations of the latters.
